WIN MILLIONS OF YOUTH FOR INNOVATIONS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT WIN MILLIONS OF YOUTH FROM DRUG ABUSE AND OTHER SOCIAL VICES

Our Justification

WHO YOUTH ARE & THEIR IMPORTANCE With youth comes energy, vibrancy, and optimism – if there is a supportive environment and opportunity. Yet failure to invest in opportunity for youth can quickly lead to the opposite, to alienation and to energy turned in destructive rather than constructive directions.

YOUTH

At BAYI, our youth are inspired to identify their potentials and talents to be channeled towards individual and national development.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

AT BAYI, we raise the awareness of youths to self-employment as a career option and empower young entrepreneurs through capacity development and seed capital and grants. We promote the act of being an Entrepreneur.

With the slogan: "Youth! YES to YIELD and NO to Drugs", BAYI tackles the YOUTH problem with the YIELD approach. The YIELD approach seeks to channel the energy, inquisitiveness, creativity and risk taking traits associated with the Youth into Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Leadership while building in them life skills against drug abuse and other social vices.

LEADERSHIP

AT BAYI, we develop young people to imbibe and demonstrate leadership qualities

INNOVATION

AT BAYI, we deploy platforms capable of stimulating and encouraging continuous innovation and creativity. We inculcate in the youth, ability to think about or plan the future with great imagination, innovation and creativity.

DEVELOPMENT

AT BAYI, we promote youth development through activities and experiences that help young persons develop social, ethical, emotional, physical, and cognitive competencies as life skills against drug abuse and other social vices
